A personalized group personal training session where each client follows an individualized training program tailored to their specific physical goals, fitness level, injuries or medical history (if any)

Individual PT
Our online personal training program is designed based on your individual fitness level and goals, determined through both a verbal and physical assessment. You will receive regular follow-ups to track your progress, along with access to an app where your personalized training plan will be uploaded. The program is tailored to accommodate the equipment available to you, whether you have a fully equipped gym or no equipment at all. Additionally, nutritional guidance will be provided to support your specific fitness goal
